Hoya 'Mathilde' hybrid cross (hoya carnosa X hoya serpens)- Mature Large Plant

Hoya 'Mathilde' is a hybrid cross between hoya carnosa X hoya serpens. Flowers shown are from my collection. This is a large mature plant approx 4 years old. Hoya 'Mathilde' is a prolific bloomer, suitable for all growers.

Care Tips:

• Light: Bright, indirect light is best. Tolerates morning sun but avoid harsh afternoon rays. Too little light may slow growth.
• Water: Allow the top few centimeters of soil to dry out between waterings. Use the "soak and dry" method and avoid waterlogged conditions.
• Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity (50–70%). Benefits from misting or added humidity in dry environments.
• Temperature: Intermediate grower: range is 15–30°C. Keep away from cold drafts and protect from temperatures under 15°C.
• Soil: A light, airy mix is essential. Use orchid bark, perlite, and coco chips for excellent drainage and root health.
• Feeding: Feed monthly during the active growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced houseplant or orchid fertilizer.
• Growth Habit: Moderate grower with vining stems that can be trellised or left to trail. Trim occasionally to encourage bushiness.
