Hoya uncinata ssp padangensis - mature size plant

Hoya uncinata ssp padangensis has thin firm leaves that are green and elliptic-shaped. They are often heavily speckled with silver splashing and the edges can be slightly curved (recurved). Requires warm tropical temperatures to thrive. This is a mature size plant.

Care Tips:

• Humidity: Prefers moderate humidity (40–60%) but tolerates typical indoor levels. Happier with a bit of extra moisture in the air.
• Temperature: Intermediate grower suitable between temperatures of 15–35°C is ideal. Avoid temperatures below 10°C. Keep out of cold drafts.
• Soil: Use a well-draining mix (e.g., orchid bark, perlite, coco husk). Hoya roots hate being soggy.
• Feeding: Feed monthly during the growing season with a general-purpose houseplant fertilizer. Switch to a bloom booster for flowering.
• Growth Habit: Strong, trailing vines with silver speckled leaves. This species prefers to climb so best grown on a trellis.
