Hoya aff plicata Malay Peninsula is a robust and fast-growing Hoya species known for its unique, textured leaves and reflexed yellow flowers. The "aff." in its name means "affinis," which indicates it has an affinity with or is closely related to Hoya plicata but is not yet formally identified as that species. The IML number, "1566," refers to its specific collection number from the Liddle Nursery in Australia.

Care Tips:

• Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity (50–70%). Benefits from misting or added humidity in dry environments.
• Temperature: Warm grower: range is 25–35°C. Keep away from cold drafts and protect from temperatures under 15°C.
• Soil: A light, airy mix is essential. Use orchid bark, perlite, and coco chips for excellent drainage and root health.
• Feeding: Feed monthly during the active growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced houseplant or orchid fertilizer.
• Growth Habit: Moderate grower with vining stems that can be trellised or left to trail. Trim occasionally to encourage bushiness.
